Seeking an Office Manager

By Renee Karunungan

The Environmental Law Foundation (ELF) advocates for communities by facilitating access to environmental justice for all. We do this through advice and information, public legal education and policy work.

A charity, for 30 years ELF has pioneered the provision of free legal advice and support to vulnerable UK communities facing a range of environmental threats, local and national. ELF enables grassroots communities to challenge poor environmental decisions and to participate effectively in environmental decision making. In doing so, through our clinical educational university network we also facilitate and empower the next generation of public interest lawyers to protect and improve our environment.

We are seeking an Office Manager to manage the day to day financial and membership administration of the organisation. Supporting the senior management team, this is a key role to ensure the organisation operates efficiently and effectively. If you have strong skills in financial and budget management alongside experience in office management and accounting systems, we’d love to hear from you.

ELF’s small and passionate team works remotely and the role is home-based with occasional meetings in London. It’s part-time (15 hours per week) with flexibility.

A job description and more information is available here.

Please send a CV with accompanying letter to info17@elflaw.org telling us why you think you would be the ideal person for this new role.
