Where we can help you

There may be a way, using the law, to resolve your problem and improve your environment.  We at the Environmental Law Foundation consider the ‘environment’ to be the world around us. Whether we live in a city, town or village we are all entitled to high standards of health, clean air and water, and to be involved in decisions that may have an impact on our local environment and quality of life.  

How we can help you

Our Advice and Referral Service can give you expert help and support through our UK-wide network of legal and technical advisers.  When you first contact us, our team will ask you to give us as much information as possible about the problem you face. If appropriate, they will then refer your case to a suitable ELF Adviser, who will offer you free initial advice. Further advice can be negotiated at a reduced fee.
