Castle Debate presented in association with ELF

A good crowd (the majority non-lawyers!) were in attendance for the Castle Debate on ‘The Cost of Achieving Environmental Justice’ presented in association ELF at 39 Essex Chambers on 13th March.

Joining Richard Wald and Stephanie McGibbon on the panel, our own Tom Brenan highlighted ELF’s work around the Aarhus Convention and our concerns about the impacts of the recent changes to the costs rules.
